Sorry I don't know much about your language and I can't write anything nor even try to use some other things I've seen in the discussion that seemed Czech (or Polish) to me (but I'm a real ignoramus...), so my most sincere apologies for my ignorance and the use of English. I'm Claudi Balaguer (User Capsot of the Catalan Wikipedia or the Occitan Wikiccionari), member of a Catalan association "Amical de la Viquipèdia" which is trying to become a Chapter (an intermediate superstructure between the Wikipedias and the Wikimedia Foundation) but has seen this rejected because it doesn't belong to a/one state!
